Collector Commissions

I accept a limited number of commissions for collectors who feel connected to my work.

Each piece is created in my signature expressive style—rooted in emotion, presence, and the space between control and surrender. These paintings are not intended to be exact replicas, but rather interpretations that reveal something deeper beneath the surface.

What I Create

I specialize in:

  • Expressive figurative portraits (adults, children, and spiritually inspired subjects)
  • Emotion-driven compositions that prioritize feeling over perfect likeness
  • Mixed media work using watercolor, ink, and acrylic

These pieces are often quiet, layered, and intuitive—meant to capture something that can’t always be seen, but can be felt.

Creative Approach

Your reference photos and ideas are used as a starting point, but the final piece is guided by my artistic process.

I work intuitively, allowing the painting to unfold naturally. This means:

  • I do not create exact photo replications
  • I do not offer multiple drafts or heavy revisions
  • Each piece reflects both your story and my interpretation

This is what gives the work its depth and individuality.

What I Do Not Offer

To maintain the integrity of my work, I do not accept commissions for:

  • Highly detailed realism or exact likeness portraits
  • Subjects outside my artistic focus (such as landscapes, decorative abstracts, or non-figurative concepts)
  • Projects requiring strict creative direction or multiple revisions

If you’re drawn to my work, I trust you’ll value the freedom that allows it to exist.

The Process

  1. Submit an inquiry with your idea and reference images
  2. We align on vision, size, and pricing
  3. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your commission
  4. I begin the piece and work intuitively to completion
  5. Final payment is collected prior to delivery

Turnaround times typically range from 3–6 weeks, depending on size and current availability.

Pricing

Commissions begin at $300+, with final pricing based on size and complexity.

Custom quotes are provided after reviewing your request.

Collector Notes

  • All artwork is created in my established style
  • Creative control remains with the artist
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Completed works may be used for prints, exhibitions, or portfolio purposes

A Final Thought

These pieces are more than portraits.

They are reflections of presence, memory, and transformation—an attempt to hold onto something fleeting, while also letting it become something new.
